Shipping policy

Same-Day Shipping: All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. PST, Wednesday through Sunday, will be dispatched the same day, unless otherwise specified. Orders received after this cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.

Standard Delivery: By default, all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the current USPS (Priority Mail) tariffs, which depend on the package size, weight, and destination. You can view detailed pricing on our checkout page before finalizing your order.

Shipping Liability: Once an order has been delivered to the post office, Leland Tea Company is not responsible for any shipping delays. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs.

Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking code via email or text message once your order has been packaged and scanned at the post office.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by you, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to resend the package to the correct address.

Mistakenly Provided Address: If you mistakenly ship a package to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for attempting to retrieve it. Leland Tea Company will not resend a package in this situation since our obligation to ship to the provided address has been fulfilled. If retrieval is not possible, you will need to place a new order with the correct address.
