Return Guidelines

- General Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Tea Returns: If you received an order, you can return it in exchange for store credit, which can be used for future orders once the returned item is received.

For a faster return process, please include a copy of your packing slip with a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you prefer a replacement or credit.
