Dragonwell Tea, translated from the Chinese term “Longjing Tea”, is considered one of China’s most famous green teas. Grown in the city of Hang Zhou in the Zheijiang province of China, this tea is harvested and dried using a process of pan-firing, where artisans dry the leaves over a series of massive cast-iron pans using techniques that have been perfected by tea masters over centuries of practice.
